- Data organization and analytics reporting
- Other marketing or operational support as agreed
3. Client Responsibilities
- Legal compliance: You must ensure your use of our services complies with applicable laws, including data privacy, spam, and telemarketing regulations.
- Accurate information: You must provide accurate business and contact information.
- Consent for outreach: You are responsible for obtaining consent from your leads or customers where required by law.
4. Data Ownership & Access
- All client-provided data remains your property.
- We may store, process, and modify data solely for the purpose of providing services.
- We may anonymize and aggregate data for analytical or research purposes.
5. Payment & Billing
- Fees and billing cycles are defined in the service agreement or invoice.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services.
6. Service Limitations & Risks
- We cannot guarantee specific results, lead quality, or conversion rates.
- We are not responsible for third-party platform bans, delivery failures, or other issues beyond our control.
7. Confidentiality
We will not disclose your confidential business information without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, we will return or delete client data as requested.
9. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for services in the past 3 months.
